Due to a cancellation, our central Edinburgh apartment, 1 Bellevue Terrace, is now available for the Christmas week for £750 for 7 nights from either 20th or 21st December.

Holiday Accommodation for Christmas

Luxury Edinburgh  New Town Central Apartment

The ground floor apartment, on a cobbled street in Edinburgh’s grand New Town, has its own front door (often flats in Edinburgh are accessed via a shared stairwell) and huge rooms with soaring sash windows.  Many of our London guests have often remarked that their own house could fit into one of the apartment’s rooms!  The apartment, which of course has WiFi, has two bedrooms – a double with a king size bed at the rear of the building over looking leafy gardens and a twin bedroom at the front.  All the rooms either have shutters or black out blinds for a good night’s sleep and elegant curtains in swathes!

There’s a decent sized dining kitchen with a generous table, which seats six and all the mod cons you’d expect.  We use the apartment ourselves for high days and family holidays so we have made sure it’s well equipped with everything a cook requires, especially at Christmas time.  The sitting room has comfy sofas, armchairs and a television and DVD so as not to miss any of the Christmas TV specials!

Availability in Edinburgh city centre for Christmas

Edinburgh is a wonderful city to visit at any time of year, but Christmas is an extra special time and 1 Bellevue Terrace, with its central location is an ideal base from which to explore it on foot. The city is brought alive from November  right through to January with ‘Edinburgh’s Christmas‘ with street markets galore, the exhilarating star flyer and big wheel, the outdoor ice rink in Princes Street Gardens, Santa Land, with lots of family friendly fairground rides including a big favourite with our youngest, the North Pole slide, and shows from the West End sensation, Wicked to Stick Man (Julia Donaldson) in the Spiegel Tent and Charles Dicken’s Christmas Carol at the Lyceum Theatre.
