Set in the heart of Corsewall Estate, Stables Cottage, one of our best cottages by the sea for Christmas, is a snug rural bolthole for 4 people and 2 dogs with 2 bedrooms and a toasty log burner. Plus, there’s a great games room in the stables opposite with table tennis and an air hockey table to keep kids occupied when they’ve bored of their Christmas presents. Hunker down in front of the fire in the evenings and by day enjoy miles of beautiful walks along our wonderful woodland walks and coastal paths. Stables Cottage is available for Christmas and New Year weeks with prices from £900 for a 4-night break to £1,200 for a 7-night stay.

Luxury Lodge for 8 in Portpatrick
Gather your loved ones around you at Cedar Lodge in Portpatrick, which has room for 8 in 4 bedrooms, all of which are en suite. This stylish lodge, one of our best cottages by the sea for Christmas, is available for the Christmas weekend from 22-26 December or the full week from 22-29 December with prices from £1,650 for a 4-night stay. Enjoy bracing seaside walks along the beaches of the Southern Upland Way and watch the waves crashing over the rocks near Portpatrick harbour.
